We are a well-established, family-run outside catering business with many years’ experience in catering between us. Joanna Griffin, Operations Manager has over 30 years’ experience in outside catering, including 15 years as manager / proprietor of Berthlwyd Hall Hotel, Truffles Restaurant and Sands Brasserie. Joanna takes care of the plans and preparations and will support you through every stage of your event; from the initial meeting to the day itself. Executive Chef, Toby Watson’s restaurant background includes Piccolino Restaurant Knutsford, Restaurant Bar and Grill Manchester, Sands Brasserie Deganwy (Cheshire Life North Wales Restaurant of the Year), 30 mile menu at Conwy Feast and Cantina Deganwy. Toby designs bespoke menus and creates delicious food of the highest quality for you and your guests.

Working alongside Joanna and Toby is a large team of brilliant chefs, waiters and bar staff. On the day, our delicious restaurant style food is created by professional chefs and served by friendly, proficient uniformed waiting staff, and the whole event is overseen by an experienced front-of-house manager.
