Outside started life in 2003, but we have a combined total of 50 years in catering, hotels and restaurants, so we really know how to make your event a huge success. Operations manager Joanna Griffin oversees every stage, from meticulous planning to the day itself; while executive chef Toby Watson uses the finest quality ingredients to create bespoke menus that are exactly the right fit for your style and budget. Working alongside them is our team of talented chefs and experienced waiting and bar staff who, on the day, deliver outstanding service and truly fabulous food and drink.
